To help meritorious as well as financially needy students, CUChEAA administers dedicated Fellowship Funds. To build academic careers leading to social responsibility, our Alumni Association remains committed to supporting the student community.

Submission Procedure & Address

Applications must be submitted formally in writing addressed to the Secretary of the Alumni Association at the department address below:

Required Documentation Checklist

Please ensure self-attested photocopies of the following mandatory documents are securely attached to your application letter:

Up-to-date Marksheets

Copies of all semester marksheets completed so far. (Applicable for B. Tech students only).

Family Income Certificate

Official income certificate issued by a competent government authority (BDO/SDO/DM etc.).

Caste Certificate

Valid certificate issued by appropriate authority (Required only if applying under reserved category).

Bank Account Details

Copy of first page of passbook / cancelled cheque. Payment is transferred directly to applicant's account.
