1 Acceptance of Terms & Association Bylaws

By accessing the digital web portal of the Calcutta University Chemical Engineering Alumni Association ("CUChEAA"), registering as a member, or utilizing our network directories, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Constitution of CUChEAA. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must refrain from accessing our member portal.

2 Membership Eligibility & Account Integrity

Membership in CUChEAA is strictly governed by our executive committee guidelines. Eligible members include graduates, postgraduates, research scholars, and former/current faculty members of the Department of Chemical Engineering, University of Calcutta.

3 Code of Conduct & Network Ethics

Our member directory, communication forums, and job placement networks are designed to promote engineering excellence, mentorship, and professional support. Members strictly agree NOT to:

• Harvest member contact information for unsolicited mass marketing, spam, or political recruitment.
• Post defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or unlawful content in association forums or event comments.
• Misrepresent academic credentials, professional titles, or affiliation with Calcutta University.

4 Endowments, Contributions & Intellectual Property

All financial contributions made toward student fellowships, medical aid funds, and departmental endowments are non-refundable and managed strictly in accordance with statutory accounting guidelines. The CUChEAA crest, logo, and university emblems displayed on this portal are protected intellectual property and may not be reproduced without explicit written consent from the Secretary.
